1.  Candidates for the Mrs. Balik Sorsogon Pageant must either be born or have grown up in Sorsogon Province, or whose mother or father was born or grew up in any Sorsogon town/city, before transferring/migrating to the United States or countries outside the Philippines.

2.  The candidate who is able to solicit the most contributions (in US dollars) to the Balik Sorsogon 2006 campaign, either by recruiting delegates who will pay the registration fee or by soliciting advertisements for the Balik Sorsogon '06 Magazine Journal, wins the title of Mrs. Balik Sorsogon.

If you have a candidate, please ask her to send her photo, the registration form along with a brief bio-data, and registration payment in the form of a check for US$50.00, payable to "Ayala Foundation-USA". 2.  The candidate who is able to solicit the most contributions (in Philippine Peso) to the Balik Sorsogon 2006 campaign, either by recruiting delegates who will pay the registration fee or by soliciting advertisements for the Balik Sorsogon '06 Magazine Journal, wins the title of Mrs. Balik Bicol.
